Population growth and the demographics in Greater Stockholm demonstrate that there is a continuing and genuine need for affordable cooperative apartments, rental apartments and student housing.

One of the companies that is focusing on meeting his demand is SSM Holding AB (publ). The company is a leading residential developer in Greater Stockholm within the niche of affordable housing in urban areas that targets people living in one and two-person households.
