White & Case represented Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase to fund a pipeline investor

Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase will be the lead arrangers of the loan to Traverse Midstream Partners LLC

Global law firm White & Case has represented Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the provision of a US$1.385 billion term loan to Traverse Midstream Partners LLC.

Traverse Midstream Partners LLC is a pipeline investor formed by The Energy & Minerals Group with a portfolio of non-operated midstream assets, including the 715-mile Rover Pipeline and the 52-mile Ohio River System pipeline that both harnesses natural gas from the Marcellus and Utica shales.

Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. will be the lead arrangers of the loan to Traverse Midstream Partners LLC, which is a portfolio company of The Energy & Minerals Group.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partners Eric Leicht, Elena Millerman and Jane Rueger, counsels Seth Kerschner and Rob Morrison and associates Claire Jordan, Hamad Al Hoshan, Kanika Sharma, Peter Dagher, Laura Mulry and Christoffer Adler.
