Emanuela Campari Bernacchi joins the firm as head of the new department
September 01, 2016: Italian corporate and financial law firm Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners expanded its practice areas with the launch of new Structured Finance department. The new team is formed by four professionals coming from Legance, led by Emanuela Campari Bernacchi who joins the firm as an equity partner.
She will be assisted by senior associate Valentina Lattanzi who holds an important role in the development of the new Structured Finance department, in light of her previous experience at Legance in London. Associates Salvatore Graziadei, an expert in the Italian structured finance market, and Allegra Arvalli complete the team.
The new hires bring the total number of lawyers at Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners to 81, including 23 equity partners.
Emanuela Campari Bernacchi was earlier associated with law firm Legance, where she had been a partner in the Banking and Debt Capital Market practice since its foundation in 2007. She focuses on all aspects of structured finance, non-performing loans transactions and debt capital markets, and boasts an extensive experience in the securitisation field across different asset classes. She is also very active in the structuring of innovative finance transactions in the FinTech space.
