The ‘Forty Under 40’ are influencers in the payments ecosystem who are advancing the future of commerce and powering the economy through secure, reliable and rewarding experiences for merchants and consumers.
With over 10 years of experience dedicated to the payments industry, Kelby Berg is one of the top experts in Operations for the payments industry. In her role, she was recognised by Paysafe as a consummate professional dedicated to perfecting processes and procedures to improve service levels as well as client engagement and satisfaction. Paysafe remarked how she has transformed operational processes and procedures, increasing the efficiency of the intake process by providing an additional layer of comfort when submitting applications. Her presence has ignited interest in the market to provide Paysafe with greater opportunities. Under her leadership, Paysafe signed numerous deals from new agents and partners.
