In the recently concluded International Finance Awards, Vietnam’s ACB Securities Company Limited (ACBS) was honoured with the “Most Customer-Centric Securities Company – Vietnam 2025” and “Most Innovative New Online Trading Platform – Vietnam 2025,” validating the company’s highly personalised customer experience and online trading platform.
The first award, “Most Customer-Centric Securities Company – Vietnam 2025,” was given to ACB Securities for the company’s continued priority to improve its customer experience. The second one, “Most Innovative New Online Trading Platform – Vietnam 2025,” validated the success of the company’s most innovative trading platform called “SMARTY.”
ACBS’ Journey Of Growth And Impact
ACB Securities’ GenAI assistant “SMARTY” helped it win the honour of “Most Innovative New Online Trading Platform – Vietnam 2025.” In 2025, ACBS pioneered the integration of generative AI as a proactive investment assistant. The technological achievement was made possible due to the collaboration with Renova Cloud. Through this arrangement, ACBS got to use LLM Claude from AWS (Amazon Web Services). By retrieving and analysing large volumes of financial data, SMARTY supports and advises investors, enabling them to make more effective investment and trading decisions.
The customer-centric award, on the other hand, reflects ACB Securities’ ongoing efforts to enhance service quality for its clients. In 2025, the company expanded its services for foreign investors by pioneering non-prefunding, following a government requirement for securities firms to adopt this mechanism for foreign investors. The company is now among five securities firms offering this service.
Furthermore, by leveraging the infrastructure of the parent bank, ACBS keeps upgrading its core trading system, which is reported to be much faster and capable of handling a larger volume of intraday orders. Going forward, this platform is expected to enable the company to integrate additional investment products, such as corporate bonds and fund certificates.
According to Nguyen Duc Hoan, the company’s CEO, “Entering 2026, ACBS has clearly defined its strategic directions. We will continue to refine our AI-integrated brokerage model to enhance our customer service capabilities. At the same time, we will continue to diversify our products and services, especially in the equity capital market (ECM) and debt capital market (DCM).”
A Promising Road Ahead
In the first quarter of 2026, ACB Securities reported strong business growth. Operating revenue reached VND 1.316 trillion, up 76.3% year-on-year. Pre-tax profit rose to VND 306.3 billion, marking a 73.8% increase, indicating a clear improvement in operational efficiency.
As of March 31, 2026, ACBS’s total assets exceeded VND 40 trillion, up 4% from the beginning of the year and 31.5% compared to the same period last year, reflecting the company’s expanding scale.
The honours given by International Finance further consolidate the company’s disruptive capability when it comes to rewriting the rulebook of customer experience and online trading in Vietnam.
