Amazon working on first wearables to interact with Alexa, says report

The device will reportedly look like a regular pair of glasses

Amazon.com Inc is working on its first wearable device – a pair of ‘smart glasses’, the FT reported on Wednesday.

The device will reportedly look like a regular pair of glasses and use bone-conduction technology so that the user can hear Alexa without the need for earphones or conventional speakers.

Earlier this year, Alphabet re-introduced its own wearable glass headset, Google Glass, after discontinuing its production last year. The latest edition of the Glass augmented reality wearable is meant for enterprises.
