In marking its first anniversary in business, Compare Cover now plans to support customers who have supported the site over the past year by offering insurance premium prices initially for holiday makers, but also pet owners in the next few months.
Launched as a dedicated online life insurance comparison platform last June, Compare Cover has helped thousands of customers find and compare life insurance quotes and continues to offer a donation to charity when a policy is purchased. It is one of a minority of sites offering a share of its commission to its customers.
Compare Cover also aims to provide a comprehensive comparison offering, by publishing life insurance acceptance rates and the average time of settlement rates.
The team behind Compare Cover already has a wealth of experience in the travel insurance market as its parent company theidol.com has provided travel insurance comparison services for some of the UK’s best-known comparison brands for a number of years.

Compare Cover was established in its own right in 2016 as a new brand of Investment Discounts Online Ltd, to offer a specialist life insurance comparison service that would utilise all of their experience.
