Arada, an UAE-based developer, in partnership with Emaar Hospitality announced the sale of the second branded residences building Vida Aljada Residences, media reports said. The Vida Aljada Complex includes a service apartment building and the Vida Aljada hotel with minimalistic and contemporary interiors. The homeowners and residents of Vida Residences Aljada will get to enjoy the lush green tree-lined boulevard alongside the complex and various high end shopping and dining experiences.
The residence is located in Naseej District is considered as a new creative neighbourhood for Sharjah. The 94 units in the Vida Residences Aljada features a range of one, two and three bedroom branded apartments along with an impressive four bedroom luxury penthouse.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, CEO of Arada addressed the media after launching the sale and said, “As a vibrant new addition to the Aljada’s lifestyle offerings, the first phase of sales for Vida Residences Aljada received an excellent response from both investors and end-users, with sales receiving an additional boost following the December launch of Naseej District.” He also added that the construction works for Vida Residences Aljada and the adjacent Vida Aljada hotel is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2021 and expected to be completed by the end of next year.
The project focuses on bold and modern social spaces that are typified by the entrance lobby and an environment cosy and comfortable that encourages creativity and connections online and offline. Arada also stated that these apartments are installed with smart-home features which are a standard set up in all homes.
